Privacy Policy

We keep this simple: your information is yours.

What we collect. When you place an order we collect your name, shipping address, email address, and payment information. Payment details are processed securely by our payment processor — we never see or store your full card number.

How we use it. We use your information to fulfill your order, email you order updates and tracking, and provide customer service. That's it.

What we don't do. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone.

Cookies. Our store uses standard cookies to keep your cart working and basic analytics to understand how the site is used.

Your rights. Want to know what information we have about you, or want it deleted? Email hello@rexchains.com and we'll take care of it.
