Refund Policy

We stand behind every piece we sell. If something isn't right, we make it right.

30-Day Returns. You may return any unworn piece within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to your original payment method. Items must be in their original packaging with any tags included.

How to start a return. Email us at hello@rexchains.com with your order number and we'll send you a return label and instructions.

Refund timing. Once we receive your return, refunds are issued within 3-5 business days. Banks may take an additional few days to post the credit.

Damaged or incorrect items. If your piece arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, contact us right away. We'll cover return shipping and replace or refund the piece, your choice.

Exceptions. We cannot accept returns on pieces that have been worn, altered, or resized after delivery.
