Shipping Policy

Processing. Orders are packed and shipped within 1-3 business days from our shop in New Hampshire.

Rates and delivery. Shipping options and rates are shown at checkout. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email.

Packaging. Every piece ships in protective, airtight, anti-tarnish packaging so it arrives exactly as it left the shop.

Insurance. Orders are fully insured in transit. If your package is lost or damaged in shipping, contact us at hello@rexchains.com and we will make it right.
